Terms of Service

Effective August 25, 2026

1. Who we are

Maben Parks (the website and app at mabenparks.com, and the WhatsApp assistant where you have linked it — together, “the Service”) is operated by Maben Consulting, a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada, with its registered address at 2150 Salisbury Ave, Port Coquitlam, BC V3B 0N5, Canada (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected]. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. What Maben Parks is, and what it is not

Maben Parks is an independent, unofficial fan tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, NBCUniversal, Six Flags, Cedar Fair, Merlin Entertainments, or any other park operator. Park, ride, show and pass names are used only to identify the places and attractions the Service describes.

Wait times come from third-party feeds and from our own statistical baselines. They are estimates. They can be wrong, stale, or missing, and parks change hours, showtimes, ride availability and pricing without notice. Crowd forecasts are predictions, not commitments. Do not make a non-refundable decision on our data alone — confirm prices, hours and availability in the park’s own app before you buy anything.

We never transact on your behalf. Maben Parks tells you what we think is worth booking; every purchase, reservation and pass is made by you, in the operator’s official channel. We do not take payment for park products, hold your park account credentials, or act as your agent with any operator.

3. Who may use it

You must be at least 16 to hold an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with a parent or guardian’s involvement, and they accept these terms on your behalf. The Service is designed for families, but accounts belong to adults.

4. Your account

Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone else has access.

A pass covers you and the people travelling with you, on your own devices. To keep that workable rather than theoretical, an account may be signed in on up to five devices at once, and we look for patterns that indicate an account is being shared beyond a travel party — for example, simultaneous active use at parks on different continents. Where we see that, we may sign devices out, cap the account, or suspend it under section 10.

5. Passes and payment

Paid access is sold as one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Nothing auto-renews and nothing is charged again unless you buy again. When a pass expires, the account simply reverts to the free tier.

PassAccess periodPrice (USD)
Day Pass1 day$6.99
Trip Pass10 days$17.99
Season Pass90 days$29.99
Annual Pass365 days$49.99

The access period runs from the moment of purchase, in calendar days, not park-visit days. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are; your bank may add a conversion fee we do not see or receive. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never receive or store your card number. Prices shown at checkout are the ones that apply; if this table and the checkout page ever disagree, the checkout page governs and we will fix the table.

6. Refunds and your right to cancel

Fourteen days, everyone, no geography test. Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full to your original payment method, provided the pass has not been materially used. Looking around the app is not material use; running a full park day on it is.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. Nothing here reduces that right, and we do not ask you to waive it in exchange for immediate access — you get access immediately and keep the full period.

After 14 days, or for a materially used pass, refunds are at our discretion. But if something went wrong on our side — an extended outage, or a feature you bought the pass for was broken — tell us and we will make it right. That is a commitment, not a courtesy.

7. Mila, your magical fairy

Mila generates her answers automatically using a third-party large language model. She can be confidently wrong, and she does not know anything about your trip beyond what the Service holds and what you tell her. She is trip-planning assistance, not professional, financial, medical, accessibility or legal advice, and she carries the same verify-before-you-buy caveat as the rest of the Service.

What you type is sent to our AI provider to produce a reply, and conversations are stored against your account so Mila can remember your trip. Do not put payment details, passwords, health information or anyone else’s personal data into it. See the Privacy Policy for how this is handled and how to delete it.

8. Acceptable use

Please do not: scrape, bulk-download or systematically extract the Service’s data; resell, sublicense or redistribute access or our output as a product of your own; attempt to bypass access controls, the pass gate, or rate limits; probe the Service for vulnerabilities without asking us first; use it to break the law or a park operator’s own rules; or submit content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights.

Security researchers are welcome — write to [email protected] before testing and we will work with you.

9. Third-party data and our content

Live wait times are provided by Queue-Times.com. Park geography is derived from OpenStreetMap contributors, licensed under the ODbL. Some park metadata comes from ThemeParks.wiki. Weather is from Open-Meteo. These sources have their own terms, and we depend on their continued availability — if a source stops, the feature that relies on it may change or stop with it.

Our own text, park guides, forecasts, plans and software are ours. Your pass buys you personal use of the Service, not a licence to republish what it produces.

10. Changes, suspension and ending

Free-tier features and the launch preview may change as the Service evolves. We will never retroactively charge you for something you used for free.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the account deletion page.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches section 8 or section 4. If we do that to an account holding a paid pass, and the breach was not deliberate or serious, we will refund the unused portion of the pass on a pro-rata basis. If we ever discontinue the Service entirely, we will refund the unused portion of every live pass.

11. What this Service is, and what it is not

Maben Parks is a planning aid. It is not a source of official park information, and it is not a booking, ticketing or admission service. Everything it shows you — wait times, crowd forecasts, opening and closing hours, ride heights and age limits, show times, closures, restaurant details, prices, and the rules governing paid line-skipping products — is assembled from information published online by park operators and third-party sources, or estimated by us from that information. We do not control any of it, we are not told when it changes, and parks change it without notice.

The plans, times and recommendations the Service produces are estimates and suggestions only. A running order Mila builds is our best reading of publicly available data at the moment it was built. It is not a reservation, it does not hold your place, it does not guarantee that any attraction will be open, that any queue will be the length we projected, that any child will be admitted to any ride, or that any price we quote is the price you will be charged.

You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on. Before you travel, and again on the day, confirm park hours, ride availability, height and age requirements, health and accessibility restrictions, show times, dining reservations and the current price and rules of any line-skipping product with the park operator directly — through its own official app, website or guest services. Where what we show you differs from what the park says, the park is right and we are wrong. This matters most for anything safety-related: height and age limits, and health warnings for riders who are pregnant, have heart or back conditions, or use mobility aids, must be taken from the operator, never from us.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that wait times, forecasts, hours, restrictions, prices or plans will be accurate, current or complete, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — missed rides, changed plans, wasted admission, travel costs, or decisions made on estimated data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and (b) CAD $100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything above.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of British Columbia have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your own country, or of the right to bring proceedings there.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected in the effective date at the top, and where a change materially reduces your rights we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the update. If you do not accept it and hold a paid pass, tell us and we will refund the unused portion.

14. Contact

Questions, support, refunds, security reports, and anything else: [email protected].
