Deleting sets a 7-day grace period. You're signed out immediately and we email you a cancellation link. Click that link — or just log back in — any time in those 7 days and your account carries on untouched. After that, everything below is erased for good.
Records of any purchase are kept for accounting and tax purposes, with your email address stripped out so they no longer identify you. Thumbs-up/down feedback you left on advisor replies is kept the same way — de-identified — so it still helps improve the product.
After 7 days, this cannot be undone.
If you have an active pass, deletion forfeits the remaining time once the grace period ends. There is no refund.
